Salary Grade: Depending on experience;
NJC04-NJC07 (fringe) –£24,344.06 – £25,472.29 per annum (actual)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 5 days per week,
term-time plus 3 weeks in the school holidays as scheduled by the HR Lead
Probation period: 6 months
Responsible to: Trust Human Resources Lead

Purpose of post: The main purpose of this role will be to support the Human Resources Lead in the provision of a high quality, efficient day-to-day HR service for the School. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience gained within a fast-moving environment. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills and would suit an individual wishing to start a career in the Human Resources field.
