Salary: L18 – L24 Fringe (£80,134-£92,595)

Marish Academy Trust are seeking a dynamic Head of School to join our dedicated team and lead one of our thriving primary schools. This role is ideal for an exceptional teacher who has experience of leading schools as a Deputy Head and is ready for the next step in their career. You will be supported by an outstanding Trust leadership team who offer excellent opportunities for mentorship, leadership development, and guidance in a supportive and secure environment.
This role will entail an induction period of up to 9 months working Trustwide alongside our Executive Headteacher and Substantive Headteacher before becoming Head of School in one of our Trust schools.

The Role:
As Head of School, you will:
- Provide dynamic and strategic leadership, ensuring the highest standards of achievement for all pupils.
- Lead a talented team to deliver exceptional teaching and learning
- Drive ongoing school improvement and innovation
- Work closely with the Executive Head and Substantive Head of the Trust
- Be a visible, approachable leader for pupils, staff and families
