Teaching and Learning Support Assistant for SEN Unit<\/strong><\/p>

Salary Grade:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Depending on experience; Scale point 4-5 (\u00a321,359.46 to \u00a321,682.92 actual).<\/p>

Hours:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>35 hours per week (M-F 8:00-15:30), Term Time only plus 5 Inset days<\/p>

Responsible to: <\/strong>Class Teacher or Phase Leader of area in which you are deployed<\/p>

Purpose of post:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Required as soon as possible is a flexible, motivated, and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with children within the SEN Unit or 121 under the direction of the class teacher in one of our Trust schools.<\/p>

You will need to demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, have effective communication skills, a willingness to become involved in professional development, and the ability to support children in their learning and with their personal care. Finally, a willingness to work at lunchtimes or do occasional cover with our youngest pupils, aged 2 and 3 years, is desirable.<\/p>
